Every order is reviewed by our Prosocks production team to ensure your design is perfect and ready to print.
All designs are thoroughly checked for aesthetics, printability, and errors. We will adjust any common issues like alignment, contrast, line thickness or spelling errors.
For orders of 12 pairs or more, you'll get a picture email to you as proof and details of any corrections before we fully process your order.
Your custom socks are then decorated using dye-sublimation, after your socks are processed, they will be shippped, and delivered to your door by your guaranteed delivery date.
You can check the status of your order at anytime using the order number included in your confirmation email on our Order Tracking age.
